As a new parent, *most* of us struggle with sleeping- or lack there of. I remember back to my daughter, and the first year was tough. There were patches of consistent sleep, and patches of ….naps ;) Every child is different, and every parent handles it different. But we all need sleep!!!! I just wanted to share an article I have read in regards to sleep, and self-settling. I am not by any means saying this is right, or this is wrong- but sometimes it is good to get different perspectives on the subject ( says the mom with a 2 1/2 year old still sleeping in her bed).
There are also support groups on Facebook that help with sleeping ( sleepy littles). As well as breastfeeding support groups ( dairy queens, la leche league). Do your research, ask for help, reach out to other mommies….there is no “right” way, just a way that works best for you and your family.
