of Broward
Ruth Ann is one of the few certified Iyengar yoga teachers in the
entire area. She's my personal yoga teacher. She will modify for you if
you attend one of her regular classes. She's also fantastic for
post-natal yoga! |
Jiwan Yoga
Jiwan is the other main prenatal yoga teacher in the area. She usually
teaches in Coral Springs and Hollywood. Please contact Jiwan directly

Elizabeth
Jess sometimes runs an afternoon prenatal class on Sundays at Red Pearl
Yoga in
East Ft. Lauderdale. She's a wonderful teacher who just put out a
prenatal yoga DVD. Be sure to check out her DVD, her website and her

Lisa teaches
at Yoga One
Lisa
is a very gentle Anusara teacher that runs a Sunday afternoon class at
Yoga One in Hollywood. She's wonderful. If you're looking for a weekend
prenatal yoga class, try hers! |

DeAnna is a beautiful, amazing prenatal yoga instructor in
the Kendall area. (Did I mention how wonderful she is?!). She's also a
doula who provides services in Dade and Broward County. |
Nurturing Moves
Pre/Post Natal Fitness and Healing with Yoga, Belly dance, Physical
Therapy & Aquatics in Miami. Michelle Maniaci offers an integrative
approach for Pre/Post Natal Women and courses for perinatal
professionals. |
