Insomnia in Pregnancy can be helped with Hypnosis

A lot of people are scared of hypnosis, but it’s just a deeply relaxed state. I struggled with insomnia for years and years but it was the worst during my pregnancies. I wish I had hypnosis for insomnia during my pregnancies! I think it would have really helped! My insomnia finally got better, years later, when I became certified in hypnosis and then listened to a hypnosis that my hypnosis mentor did for insomnia.
I taught prenatal yoga for 10+ years, have PhD in Clinical Psychology and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with special certification in Hypnosis. The hypnosis for insomnia is done in my office in Hollywood. We spend about an hour to an hour and a half together talking about what is going on for you. Then I create a custom Hypnosis for Insomnia for you. We practice it in the office and I record it as a mp3 file so that you can listen to it at home to help you sleep.
I had one mom who came to me that couldn’t sleep when the baby was sleeping. She was desperate and crying. She actually left me a VM at 2:30 a.m. to please call her as soon as possible when I woke up. We did a custom hypnosis for her the next day and that night she slept restfully for the first time in weeks. She woke up when she needed to wake up, which is when the baby needed her. That was part of the hypnosis session and truly helpful for her.
Prenatal Yoga can also help Insomnia in Pregnancy
Prenatal yoga will probably help you sleep better. Every woman and every body is different, but I can say that I’ve heard that prenatal yoga helps insomnia in pregnancy over and over and over again.
I think it’s the combination of working your body with prenatal yoga, the breathing, and the relaxation period that helps insomnia.
