“Can I join Prenatal Yoga in the middle of a session” or “Can I start Pregnancy Yoga immediately, like this week?” is a common question I get.
The answer is Yes, probably! Many times Yogafairy prenatal classes fill up and close, but as long as we have space in a class, we’ll let you join mid-session. And it’s perfectly fine to join mid-session. You really do not need to wait until the beginning of a session to start Prenatal Yoga, because the classes continue and continue and continue.
Plus, the teachers give instruction the whole time during the session and during the classes. So you’re not missing something at the beginning that you’ll never learn again. In yoga, we “practice,” meaning we repeat poses, and repeat vinyasas and repeat breathing exercises. It’s a learning process versus a one-time thing. So the sooner you start Prenatal Yoga, the better!
We do go over handouts and give out goodies in the first class, but you can either request these when you come in or you’ll get them in a couple of weeks when you sign up for the next pregnancy yoga session and then attend a “first” class.
